WYSIWYG Editor - Toolbar items not working correctly

Bold, Italic, Underline stays not focused after clicking on them
Just works when highlighting the text and then selecting the toolbar item
Sometimes the focus gets lost, but I'm still writing in Bold, Italic or Underline
